All orders ship within 48 hours of roasting. Beans are carefully sealed to preserve freshness. Depending on your location, you'll receive your coffee 2–5 days after shipping.

Coffee is best enjoyed 3–14 days after roasting. This gives CO2 time to release (degassing) while flavors are still at their peak. Store in an airtight container away from light and heat.

Yes! You can change your roast preference, bag size, or frequency anytime through your account dashboard. You can pause or cancel without any penalty. Just let us know at least 5 days before the next shipment.

We stand by every roast. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days and we'll send a replacement or refund. We're confident you'll love it, but your satisfaction matters most.

We ship whole beans to preserve peak flavor. We recommend grinding just before brewing for the best taste. If you prefer pre-ground, contact us and we can arrange that for a nominal fee.
